The cherry red lipstick sticks on her lips
She drinks her coffee and imprints the cup
His hands reach out, slowly and grabs her hips
His green, blue eyes looking at her, closeup

Setting the coffee cup down, so gentle
She threads her hands through his arms, feels like home
For a moment they stay, transcendental
Swaying, dancing under the sun, they roam

He pulls back slightly, holding her left hand
Spins her around, her ring catching the light
As he pulls her back, she stares at his band
Reminiscing their joyful wedding night

She holds his left hand, smiling absently
After all these years, now a family.
