That lady in the subway

I was going to my university when I saw this lady in the subway. So confident and beautiful, humming and slightly dancing to the beat of the songs in here earphone. For twelve stations I kept thinking, "Oh I gotta talk to her, even just a "Hello". On the next stop, she got off and I couldn't muster up the courage to talk to her. I regretted my inaction and chose to write this poem to express my sadness:

Has it ever happened?,
you found the sun in the dark clouds,
you found the clarity in all the doubts,
Has it ever happened?,
you found warmth in the cold breeze,
you found a butterfly among all the bees,
Has it ever happened?,
you found the trail when you were lost,
you found the reason in all this chaos,
Has it ever happened?,
you found the moon among the stars,
you found that light in the deep far,
Has it ever happened?,
you found that four-leaf clover,
that you were one ''hi'' away from a lover,
Has it ever happened?,
that you felt the God,
for her, you'd risk it all,
Has it ever happened?,
that you've regretted your inaction,
that you've wanted to astray from instructions,
Has it ever happened?,
that you've felt alone in the crowd,
that you only wanted them to be around,
Has it ever happened with you?,
that you're writing this for someone who'd never have a clue.
