Georgia Morandi
Half German/English settled in Wales. I’ve lived in The Netherlands, Germany and US.
Influences are Beryl Bainbridge, Saki and recently Hans Fallada and Patrick Suskind, whose books I read in German.
Inspired by small scenes and sequences, overheard conversations, the banal; the mundane. Material includes discarded shopping lists and old postcards.
